Fundamentals
This privacy policy is intended to inform the users of this website about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator:
Peter AutschbachSchloßblick 46
D—57074 Siegen
We, the website operators / site providers, take your data protection very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. As new technologies and the constant further development of this website may result in changes to this privacy policy, we recommend that you read the privacy policy again at regular intervals.
Definitions of the terms used (e.g. "personal data" or "processing") can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.
Access data
We collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) and store these as "server log files" on the website server. The following data is logged:
- Time at the time of access
- IP address used
- Visited website
- Source/reference from which you reached the page
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 6 weeks and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to investigate cases of misuse. If data has to be deleted for reasons of evidence, it is excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.
Cookies
This website uses cookies. Cookies are small files that are stored on your end device. Your browser accesses these files. The use of cookies increases the user-friendliness and security of this website.
If you do not want cookies to be stored on your end device to measure reach, you can object to the use of these files here:
- Cookie–deactivation page of the network advertising initiative
- Cookie–deactivation page of the US–American website
- Cookie–deactivation page of the European website
Common browsers offer the setting option of not allowing cookies. Note: It is not guaranteed that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if you make the appropriate settings.
Collection and processing of personal data
The website operator only collects, uses and passes on your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data. Personal data is all information that can be used to identify you personally and which can be traced back to you, such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number.
You can also visit this website without providing any personal data. However, in order to improve our online offer, we store your access data to this website (without personal reference). This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. By anonymizing the data, it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person.
Linking social media via graphic or text link
We also advertise presences on the social networks listed below on our website. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents the automatic establishment of a connection to the respective social network server when a website with a social media application is called up in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic is the user forwarded to the service of the respective social network.
After the user has been forwarded, information about the user is collected by the respective network. It cannot be ruled out that the data collected in this way will be processed in the USA.
This is initially data such as IP address, date, time and page visited. If the user is logged into their user account on the respective network, the network operator may be able to assign the information collected about the user's specific visit to the user's personal account. If the user interacts via a "Share" button of the respective network, this information can be stored in the user's personal user account and published if necessary. If the user wishes to prevent the information collected from being directly assigned to their user account, they must log out before clicking on the graphic. It is also possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.

- the first name and surname provided by the user

- the message actively entered by the user to us
These are written in an email and sent to this address as well as to the user's specified email address (the latter if the "Send a copy of the message to me" option has been selected) and then deleted immediately.
Handling contact data
If you contact us as the website operator using the contact options provided, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your inquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
